How long does shipping take within the United States?
Orders typically process within 1-2 business days. Shipping usually takes 3-7 business days via FedEx or UPS Ground, depending on your distance from our California or Virginia warehouses.
What is the warranty policy on Backfire electric skateboards?
All new boards come with a 180-day (6-month) limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials. Please note that water damage and normal wear and tear are not covered.
Can I return my board if I change my mind?
Yes, we accept returns on unused products in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. A restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Are Backfire boards water-resistant?
Our boards have an IP55 water resistance rating, meaning they can handle light splashes and damp pavement. However, we strongly advise against riding in the rain or through deep puddles to protect the electronics.
